Marta Woś

She specialises in medical law. She mainly deals with issues related to the provision of services by medical entities with particular focus on cooperation with the National Health Fund and contracts concluded with it for the provision of services. She advises institutions on transactions in which a key role is played by the transfer between entities of contracts with the Fund and settlement of the contract for health care services. Conducts litigation in the recovery of medical facilities’ receivables from the Fund. Conducts training for medical entities in the field of patient rights, the principles of medical record keeping and the principles of implementation and settlement of contracts with the NHF. Author of numerous publications on health care law and the health care system. Speaker at seminars and conferences on health care.

She completed her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lodz. She completed postgraduate studies in Medical Law, Patients’ Rights and Health Insurance at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz, and graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canonical Law and Administration of the Catholic University in Lublin.
She has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Law Firm since 2016.
