Marta Byzdra-Pawlak

Practice Partner, attorney-at-law – specialises in the area of civil law, including litigation and medical law, as well as labour law matters. At the Law Firm, she provides legal services and litigation to medical entities. She also provides legal assistance as a defence attorney representing doctors before the disciplinary authorities of Medical Chambers. She has many years of experience in handling public administration authorities and administrative law. She has attended a number of training courses on effective litigation and health law. She is the author of publications on the practice of the medical profession and on the functioning of medical entities. She served her legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lodz and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. She has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Sp. P. since 2010, including her work as a legal advisor since 2013. She speaks English at a communicative level. Privately she is a literature lover, always looking for new inspiring stories.
