Katarzyna Sikorska

Practice Partner, attorney-at-law, has extensive experience in providing internal day-to-day services to entities in the manufacturing, service and medical industries. She specializes in the area of labour law, providing comprehensive support to HR departments in the areas of hiring, firing, creating regulations, procedures, internal policies, building good communication with employees or during PIP (State Labour Inspection) and ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) inspection proceedings. She advises clients on both individual and collective labour law, seeking solutions tailored client’s needs. She conducts training courses for managers in her area of specialization and she regularly cooperates with one of the Poland’s best known legal information systems in answering users’ questions. She represents employers and employees in labour law and social security court proceeding.

She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lodz, and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. She has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Law Firm since 2018.
