Karolina Kuźnik

She specialises in medical law, administrative law, civil law and administrative proceedings. She provides ongoing services to business entities, particularly medical ones. She supports clients in concluding and implementing contracts with NFZ inspections of health care providers, registration of medical activities, patients’ rights and issues related to the keeping medical records. She is also the co-author of publications and articles aimed at medical entities.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. She defended her master’s thesis on the issues of competition proceedings before the NFZ at the Department of Administrative Procedure. She is fluent in English. She has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Law Firm since 2018.
Privately, she is a dog lover and she spends free time hiking and rollerblading.
