dr Ewelina Tylińska-Kałuża
Senior lawyer, attorney-at-law, specialising in civil law, including litigation and medical law, as well as enforcement law. She mainly assists clients in litigation, including complex cases. She assists medical institutions in their day-to-day operations and in negotiations with contractors. She is the author of academic publications such as “Contemporary Trends in Competition Law. Enforcement of competition and consumer protection law – a purely public or also private law route? [in:] Tendencje rozwojowe prawa administracyjnego, edited by E. Kruk, G. Lubeńczuk, T. Drab, 2017 Publishing House of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, “Limits of the extended substantive validity of a judgment in cases of recognition of the provisions of a model contract as prohibited entered in the register of the provisions of model contracts considered prohibited”, 2014 Review of Economic Legislation. She completed her legal training at the District Legal Adviser’s Office in Lodz and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. In 2018 she defended her doctoral thesis entitled. “Proceedings before the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection in cases of recognising the provisions of a model contract as prohibited”, prepared under the supervision of Professor Kazimierz Strzyczkowski, Ph.D. He has a certificate in TOLES advanced level. She is fluent in English. She has been cooperating with Fortak & Karasinski Legal Advisors since 2012. She is a cat lover – she is the proud owner of Happi, adopted from an animal shelter, and spends her free time reading books and watching films.
