Senior Lawyer/Attorney-at-law

A legal counsel specialising in commercial law, company law and civil law. As part of the Business Law Practice, she advises clients on commercial and transactional matters, including the preparation, negotiation and review of agreements – particularly for the IT sector, including contracts related to copyright and intellectual property. She also handles the execution of investment and corporate projects, as well as cooperation agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and share sale transactions. In addition, she is responsible for client matters in the Japan Desk, handling inquiries from Japanese-speaking clients.

Prior to joining F/K Legal team, she worked with law firms based in Warsaw for over 10 years.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and of Japanese Studies at Warsaw University. She studied at Gakushūin Joshi Daigaku University in Tokyo as a scholarship holder of the Japanese organization JASSO. She has also completed the IT School for Lawyers course and Cybersecurity Law School course  at Kozminski University.

She provides legal services in Polish, English (Certificate in Advanced English) and Japanese (certificate JLPT N1). She has been recommended several times as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 ranking in the areas of Corporate and M&A as well as TMT.
