Agata Starecka-Dembek

She specialises in the fields of civil and medical law. She deals with litigation, particularly medical malpractice, as well as ongoing services for medical entities, including Independent Public Complex of Health Care Facilities. She advises on relations between medical institutions and patients and their rights, as well as on procedures for minimising patients’ complaints and lawsuits against medical institutions. She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lodz, and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz.
She completed post-graduate studies in Medical Law, Patient’s Rights and Health Insurance and post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz in the field of personal data protection and a course in mediation.
She has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Law Firm since 2010.
In her free time she likes to travel.
