Attorney-at-law with 10 years of experience gained in law offices supporting entrepreneurs and business solutions, as well as in the legal department of the specialist financial services provider.

As a member of the Commercial Law Team at F/K Legal, is responsible for negotiating contracts, M&A transactions, representing entrepreneurs in pre-litigation and court disputes, as well as providing ongoing advice on civil, commercial, intellectual property, and personal data protection law.

Has particular interests in the areas of modern technology law and game development, which successfully implements in work with companies in the IT sector. Her professional portfolio includes projects in which was responsible for the legal security of IT software implementations, including those based on artificial intelligence, in the banking, automotive and real estate management sectors.

Provides legal services also in English, having completed numerous international projects. Enjoys sharing knowledge by conducting industry webinars and training sessions.

Graduated from the University of Lodz with Master’s degree in Law together with the Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics for Business, and completed postgraduate studies in Modern Technology Law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
