Maciej Mrożewski

He specialises in civil procedural and substantive law. He handles medical malpractice cases, property and personal injury cases, debt collection cases, and labour and family law cases. During his studies, he gained experience as a volunteer at the Law Clinic of the WPiA of the University in Łódź. He defended his master’s thesis on the offence of failure to provide assistance by a doctor at the Department of Criminal Law under the supervision of Professor Agnieszka Liszewska.

He gained professional experience working in law offices in Lodz and in court. He is fluent in English and French. He served his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Lodz. He has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Law Firm since 2021. Privately, he is a lover of 20th century world history, travel and mountains.
