Magdalena Kubicka
Senior, attorney-at-law (who also holds the title of lawyer), specialising in day-to-day services for entrepreneurs. She provides legal services in many areas, particularly in the areas of civil law, business and commercial law, criminal law, including assisting clients in litigation. Since July 2022, she has been providing legal counseling in the field of clinical trials.
She has been gaining professional experience since the third year of law school by working in law firms, practicing in courts, providing legal assistance to the poor, and then running her own law firm and cooperating with the Medical University (Clinical Research Support Center). In the course of her professional history, she has successfully represented clients before the common courts, as well as the Supreme Court, and has supported entrepreneurs in solving their current problems and preparing the necessary legal documents. In her daily work, she strives to understand the client and to tailor optimal solutions to their preferences. She highly values punctuality and organization of work.
In 2015, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Lodz, where she defended her master’s thesis in the Department of Civil Law entitled. “Measuring the contractual penalty”, and then began the attorney’s apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Lodz. She got the title of attorney in 2019 having passed the professional examination with the best result in the Lodz Province. During her apprenticeship and studies, she was repeatedly recognized for her academic performance, including being the recipient of scholarships for the best students. She gained the title of legal advisor in July 2022 and has been practicing as such ever since.
She speaks French and English.
She has been working with Fortak & Karasinski Radcowie Prawni Law Firm since August 2023.
In her free time she enjoys active recreation, including skiing, sailing, kitesurfing, scuba diving and any other sports that involve travel, adrenaline and spending time in nature. As a hobby, she runs a small kennel of FCI purebred dogs, which she loves and which have become members of her family.
