Olga Trojan

Sociologist, graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz and Mini MBA postgraduate studies.

She has experience of working in human resources consulting companies, where she led and managed recruitment, consulting, assessment and training projects. For more than 20 years, experience and professional interests have been related to human resource management and the development and management of the organization, seen as an institution that is constantly learning and developing. Currently, for more than 11 years, she has been the Managing Director of the Firm, where she coordinates internal procedures, creates and implements development strategies for PR activities and marketing plans, cooperation with clients, HRM, Business Development and supervises the financial performance of the company. As of 2021, she simultaneously serves as a Proxy. She manages the Competence Center Team (Administration, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance).
