Corporate Social Responsibility
We are aware of the impact we have on our environment and our everyday decisions and actions are guided by the firm’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility principles. We aim to change reality for the better through initiatives aimed at different groups. As part of our pro bono activities, we help the Hospice for Children in Lodz – Gajusz Lodz Foundation.
During the Christmas season, we participate in a charity event “Noble Parcel” (mysle ze moze zostac polska nazwa Szlachetna Paczka) We also prepare gifts for children from orphanages, so that Christmas is also an opportunity for them to smile. We joined the “Poland in Blue” campaign, which was organized by the Jaś i Małgosia Foundation. We also helped the orphanage for sick children.

also means supporting our employees and associates. We have created a Code of Ethics with the aim of bringing together all the principles and values that guide the company in order to create an organizational culture that establishes rules of conduct. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. We provide equal treatment in the workplace, i.e. equal opportunities, treatment in terms of conditions of employment, promotion, access to training to improve professional qualifications regardless of age, gender, disability, race, religious beliefs, nationality or sexual orientation.
We also take care of a health-friendly work environment by, among other things, ordering water in glass bottles rather than plastic ones. Our employees have filter jugs to filter their water. We also have LED light bulbs.
The health of our employees is important to the company, which is why we provide preventive health care – we offer each employee a medical package. This is a benefit for the employees. We also subsidized preventive examinations for employees. It was a package of general screening tests aimed at both women and men.
